Performance management;
The HR cycles support your performance management. The appraisal process is fully accessible for employees and managers via Enterprise Portal (ESS/MSS). The results are directly available and salaries can be updated automatically, based on the results of the appraisal.
Talent management;
Talent management gives you direct insight in the quality of your staff and the succession planning. By marking the employees on type you know immediately if the quality of your staffing is in line with the organisational goals.
Absence;
For international organisations, absence can be determined per country. Within a country we support all types of absence which can be set up for different and multiple companies. Even if you have determined your own absence entitlements. Absence will accrued automatically. All types and sorts of absence are available. The duration and the expiration can be determined per absence type and also determined for example for one, two or five years. Absence entitlements will be adjusted automatically when an employee is working less or more. Absence request and approval by managers can be done via your mobile phone, Windows apps and Enterprise Portal.
Sickness;
All relevant data regarding sickness can be kept in Dynamics AX. For every sickness case different actions can be assigned to different persons. Country specific regulations are supported, like Sickness management in Western Europe and the Bradfort Score in the United Kingdom. Also standard sickness reports are available.
Reports;
Standard reports and reporting tools are available to create reports. But you can also create your own reports and query’s and provide these to your managers via Power BI (the latest tool of Microsoft) and the Enterprise Portal. This could be column based reports but also the greatest graphical reports. You do not need an external report generator anymore. We have also different HRM cubes available which allows you to offer HRM related reports where you and your managers can drill down to the lowest (employee) level. You can look to the same data form different angles.
Supporting HRM processes;
Dynamics AX HRM supports al your HR processes such as on boarding, moving, terminations via wizards and workflows. Several persons in different roles can be involved in the HR processes. There is direct insight in the status of HCM processes.
Fully integrated with MS Office and SharePoint;
There is of course a fully integration with MS Office. There is an extra tab for Dynamics AX in Excel. All documents can be created at once or per employee. The result can be kept in SharePoint or in Dynamics AX HRM. Data can be made available in Excel via Dynamics AX HRM. You can change the data in Excel and import this easily back to Dynamics AX HRM.
Workflows;
Via workflows all kind of requests of managers and employees will be supported. In Dynamics AX HRM this could be: absence requests, sickness notifications, changes of employments, working less or more, job changes, expenses. But also changes on personal level like changes of addresses or partner details.
ESS/MSS;
ESS/MSS is available in Dynamics AX HRM via Enterprise Portal. Employees and managers have direct insight in their data of themselves or their teams. Employees can request absence and managers can approve or reject this request via ESS/MSS, but also via Windows apps and Mobile solutions. Employees can adjust their own data, like addresses, education, labour previous employers and courses. Managers or employees of the HR department or payroll admin can approve these adjustments but also add more information.
Digital files;
All documents can be filled in automatically by using your own MS Word templates. The results can be kept in Dynamics AX or via SharePoint. Also scanned documents and pay slips can be linked to an employee. All these documents are direct available via ESS/MSS and the back office, with the right authorisation, for employees, managers, the HR department and the payroll department.
Alerts and actions;
On every field in Dynamics AX HRM you can create an alert (expiration date, on probation time, end of contracts and/or certificates) An alert can be an email, pop up, task in Outlook or a report. On every alert you can create an action list. This is your regular checklists you are using on the HR department. Dynamics AX HRM makes it possible that all relevant persons will get the alert and what actions they have to do. Based on the action you can link directly to the relevant screens to make the necessary adjustments.
