  • HR Leave menu

    Mobile users can log in and view leave balances inside Dynamics, request new leave and approve applicable leave that were transferred.

    View leave balances

    With visability of leave; users can now request leave on their mobile device. The mobile app will transfer the request for approval.

    Leave request

    Mobile users are allowed to request leave. Leave type, date from and to; as well as other relevant fields are exposed on the mobile app.

    Approval of leave request

    Leave approval uses the rules inside Dynamics. Only workers with the same "Absence setup" can approve applicable leave.

  • SRM menu

    Similiar to the Leave app, mobile users can log in and view stock on hand of items inside Dynamics, request new items to be delivered and approve stores requests.

    View Item on-hand quantities

    With visability of stock items and the on hand quantities; users can request items on their mobile device.

    SRM Request

    Users are allowed to search for an item, view the availability per site and warehouse then request items to be reserved and released. The mobile app will automatically "route" the request for approval.

    Approval stores request

    Stores (internal requests) approvals uses the business rules inside Dynamics. Only workers with the necessary rights can approve applicable requests.


  • Risk assessment menu

    Mobile users can log in and search the risk registers inside Dynamics, view recorded risk by the logged in user and finally do a risk assessment.

    Users can use the risk matrix to plot the potential impact and probability. Per site and department users can create the risk register and risk (line items) at the same time.

    Incident reporting menu

    As an alternative of logging into Dynamics and recording an incident inside the Ax OHS form; users can choose to record an incident via the mobile app.

    Record an incident

    Based on mobile user input; an incident will be recorded inside the Ax OHS module. Do not that what ever rules exists inside Ax OHS will be applied.

  • Cash & banking menu

    With a mobile device, users can view cash and banking details. Amongst others all bank account balances can be viewed. For a specific bank account users can view a list of transactions and a graph of account performance.

    Balance distribution

    One of the first views offered is a pie chart view of all bank accounts inside Dynamics. The app will allow users to filter out (or back in) accounts by tapping on the leggend. The graphs are animated for enhanced user experience.

    Bank account balances

    Reading data directly from Dynamics, users will have a mobile view of bank and cash account balances on their mobile device.

    Line graph of transactions

    Users can toggle this view. This gives a timeline view of Cash in and out as well as a cumulative balance view of one specific bank account.
